Val was discovered as a model in a mall at the incredibly young age of 2 and has been in the entertainment industry ever since. She and I connected via an email late 2016, and in January 2017 our journeys combined when we decided to start our own modeling agency - Role Models Mgmt - together.Learn what we've learned about ourselves from being exploited in this industry, and why we think it's important to empower models to be advocates for positive change!
