On another note, Donald Trump indirectly helping climate initiatives? He would hate that. But if the sentement is there, to, essentially, adopt clean energy because he doesnt believe in it, then I think we need to do more as a population to encourage it. Ride the momentum. Protect the seedlings that are taking root so they can grow.
Exactly!! I keep thinking "I wonder what radical (positive) change may come from this..." and what keeps returning to me is that maybe we needed someone so against climate action, we cannot but step up and get to the action ourselves. Perhaps (who knows) a slow-moving progressive candidate who was doing some, but still not enough, made us feel safe enough to sit back and wait. Maybe this was just the kick in the butt we needed! Well, for my newsletter, I have a section called Good News in Sustainability. I have 5 areas I search for. I always check the Good News Network for articles to share, I often find that they showcase more small-time things going on. Like the purple reusable cups pilot project in California! I really like that one, and so do the citizens!
