Climate Words to Inspire

I came across this post on LinkedIn by Dr. Kimberley R. Miner, climate scientist at NASA, that I loved so much that I had to share!

A Call to Action:

To all the climate warriors, kindred of the marshes, pollution pickers, animal best friends, fairies of the twilight, long-way adventurers and dreamers for the future:

This year, let’s recommit to our purpose. Not the job you do right now, not the small crises we all let distract us, our bigger purpose.

Mine is to save everything I can- and to elevate the voices that aren’t heard.

To that end, this year I will be seeking out and elevating stories of dreamers, planners and projects that inspire and change the world.

This year was tough on many levels (what’s up, Daily Mail?!) but it’s looking like next year may be even more difficult ecosystem-wise.

Prepare.

Fill your heart, make it ready for what is coming, so that you can continue to strive towards the light.

Thanks to all my loved ones for pulling me through this year- your presence is my greatest gift.
