Before we dive into The Climate Optimist Course, there’s something important I want to share with you.
When I talk to people who care deeply about the climate crisis, I hear a recurring theme: the anxiety and overwhelm they feel often stop them from taking meaningful action. It’s as if the weight of the world is on their shoulders, and the idea of a better future feels out of reach.
I’ve felt this too, and I know how it can sap your energy, leaving you feeling stuck.
But here’s what I’ve learned—there is a way through this. A way to move past the fear and paralysis, and toward a mindset that empowers you to lead with hope, purpose, and resilience.
That’s why I’m so excited about what we’re going to explore together in The Climate Optimist Course. In this 5-session journey, we’ll focus on:
Shifting The Narrative – How to reframe your mindset around the climate crisis to feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
Choosing Change – Strategies for embracing personal and collective change, so that you can be part of the solution.
Inner Development – Building emotional resilience to fuel your work and leadership.
The Power of Optimism – Tapping into optimism as a tool for radical hope and real action.
Activating Leadership – How to step into your role as a climate leader and inspire others.
This course is designed to help you become the leader you’re meant to be, starting from a place of emotional strength. I’ve seen how transformative this process can be, and I can’t wait for you to experience it, too.
Dear Anne. Just around this time last year I had very bad climate anxiety and severe depression. Your view on climate optimism helped me hold onto hope and actively act towards a better world. Thank you!
So, before we begin, I challenge you to let go of any doubts you may have about what’s possible. Instead, approach this with an open mind and heart. The future is brighter than we think, and it’s within your power to help shape it.
I’m thrilled you’re here, and I look forward to seeing you in the course.
With grounded optimism,
Anne Therese
